Questions about quality or care?
Prints & Handling
What is a Giclée print?
Giclée (pronounced “zhee-clay”) is a museum-quality printing process that uses pigment-based inks and archival paper. It produces rich, detailed prints with exceptional colour accuracy, made to last for decades without fading.
How true are the colours compared to what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure every product photo reflects the actual colors, but some variation is normal due to screen settings. Many customers tell us the prints look even better in person, with deeper color and finer detail than they expected.
Are the prints signed or numbered?
Yes, all prints are numbered AND signed by Gosia Herba. They also come with a certificate of authenticity.
How is the print packaged?
Each print is carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to protect it during transit. We’ve been using the same trusted packaging method for years — it’s safe, durable, and made to keep your art pristine.
Are the prints sold framed or unframed?
All prints are sold unframed.
How do I flatten the print when it arrives?
We recommend gently unrolling the print and placing it under clean, heavy books on a flat surface for 24–48 hours. Don't use heat or water. The print will naturally flatten over time.
What frames do you recommend?
Our prints are designed to fit standard IKEA frame sizes, which makes framing affordable and easy. For a gallery-style look, we recommend visiting a local framer. They can help you choose materials that highlight the colours and texture of the print beautifully.
Wondering when and how your order arrives?
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to print and ship?
Most prints are made on demand and ship in 2–8 business days.
Where are you based?
We’re based in Poland, and that’s where all orders ship from. Our prints are made locally using trusted print houses we’ve worked with for over 10 years.
If you're ordering internationally, your package will be delivered by your country’s local postal service once it leaves Poland.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
In Poland, we ship with InPost, and you can choose Paczkomaty (parcel lockers) at checkout.
For international orders, we use Poczta Polska. Depending on your country, your local postal service (e.g. Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, La Poste) will complete the final delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
What if my print arrives damaged?
No worries, we’ll make it right. If your print arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the print and the packaging as soon as you notice the issue. Email them to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send you a free replacement.
Need to pay, change something, or double-check security?
Orders & Payments
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed via Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. We never store or access your card details directly.
Are import duties or taxes included?
We don’t charge additional taxes or duties at checkout. However, depending on your country, customs fees may apply upon delivery.
All orders ship from Poland, so international buyers (outside the EU) may be subject to local import charges. Please check your local regulations if you're unsure.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as it’s within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, your print may already be in production, and changes or cancellations might not be possible. If you need to make an adjustment, email us as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to help.
